Help ensure your team is structured to ensure we are aligned to adequately support the business and flexible to changing business priorities and market conditions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, especially within the crypto space.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize the recruitment process.
Support recs on a case-by-case basis—i.e. work on some senior-level hires such as Head of or VP level roles.
What skills do you bring?
12+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 5+ years in a people management role.
Experience building and managing inclusive and diverse teams.
Proven experience in recruiting niche technical and executive talent, preferably within the crypto or blockchain industry.
