Brand & Vertical Marketing Lead
The Arbitrum Foundation is a Cayman Islands-based organization focused on supporting the development and growth of the Arbitrum ecosystem. The ecosystem includes Arbitrum One, an Optimistic Rollup solution that enhances app scalability without compromising security, as well as Arbitrum Nova, designed to offer low-cost fees for Social and Gaming applications using AnyTrust technology.

The marketing team at the Arbitrum Foundation is currently seeking a knowledgeable Vertical Growth & Brand Marketing Lead. The ideal candidate will blend traditional Web2 marketing strategies with innovative Web3 growth techniques to propel the success of projects launching on Arbitrum. The role involves expanding the brand through strategic partnerships across key sectors, improving user conversion, retention, and fostering liquidity growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop growth marketing frameworks and oversee campaign designs to ensure positive returns on investment.
- Implement user growth strategies for partners launching projects on Arbitrum, utilizing a mix of Web2 and Web3 marketing tactics such as social campaigns, AMAs, digital marketing, and NFT engagements.
- Drive Web3 growth campaigns, including NFT incentives, in collaboration with the partnership team to align with partners' objectives.
- Provide consultancy to partners, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with community, partnership, and product marketing teams for cohesive campaign execution.
- Maintain open communication with external stakeholders, assisting in their go-to-market planning, conducting industry research, and problem-solving to meet partners' needs.
- Develop best practices and growth programs to ensure scalable outcomes.
- Foster strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility in key sectors like DeFi and gaming.
Desired Background:
- Preferably possess 5+ years of experience in full-funnel campaign design and management in both growth and brand marketing, with specific exposure to Web2 and Web3 environments.
- Proficient knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem and understanding of Web3 user funnel challenges.
- Experience in the gaming or Web3 space is advantageous, especially with NFT launches or involvement with DeFi protocols and gaming publishers, showcasing innovative marketing approaches.
- Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication ability with partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Capable of working across different time zones with global partners.
