Responsibilities

  • Assist in arranging and coordinating important meetings between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adequate preparation and documenting key points to be shared with relevant parties.
  • Aid in facilitating discovery workshops to grasp the business objectives and fundamental business requirements, translating these into technical and business needs with input from appropriate stakeholders to define customer features.
  • Support the connection between user requirements and technical execution.
  • Create suitable business materials, such as diagrams, to elucidate business processes through various business specification documents and templates.
  • Learn the process of translating business requirements into solution designs, showcasing sound judgment and a practical approach that merges business restrictions with engineering practicalities.
  • Ability to convey complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders in a simplistic manner.
  • Assist in preparing demonstrations for operational solutions or POCs for relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with designers in crafting mockups of the final product appearance.

Education & Experience - Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business/IT discipline.
  • Interest in DLT/Blockchain technologies and benefits, with no prior experience required.
  • Willingness to travel to client and partner sites for project engagements after 12 months (local and/or international).
  • Examples demonstrating enthusiasm & initiative in academia, personal life, or professional endeavors.
  • Strong critical thinking, organization, communication, and documentation skills.

Education & Experience - Nice to Haves

  • Broad exposure within the Financial Services sector (e.g., Payments, Banking, Insurance, Fintech) is preferable but not mandatory.
