We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join various core engineering teams, including:

CCIP: Developing the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol to enhance interoperability between blockchains.

Blockchain Integrations: Managing integrations of upcoming blockchains into the Chainlink platform while establishing relationships with founding engineers.

VRF & Capital Markets: Creating innovative solutions to bridge the gap between decentralized and traditional finance using CCIP.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience in a collaborative product-driven environment.

Expertise in one or more core languages like Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust.

Passion for blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in computer science fundamentals.

Ability to work effectively as part of a distributed team spread across different time zones.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in directly managing project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation with stakeholders.

Knowledge of blockchain and other Web 3.0 technologies either as a web3 developer or backend service developer.

Active participation in the open-source community.

Track record of mentoring and supporting junior developers.

We have a role-agnostic hiring process for core engineering teams, determining fit based on competencies and aligning candidates with the right team throughout the process. Candidates get a chance to interact with engineers and leadership from our core teams to determine mutual compatibility.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our growing team based in Edinburgh. As part of Enoda, you will play a crucial role in shaping software architecture and hardware/software interfaces for products specifically aimed at addressing the energy trilemma.

Responsibilities:

Designing embedded software solutions based on system architecture

Required Experience:

Demonstrated expertise in embedded dynamic control design

Key Responsibilities:

Circle is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our Crypto capital markets platform. The Liquidity team focuses on providing the infrastructure that enables our stablecoin products to have rapid, cost-effective access worldwide. As a key leader, your role involves collaboratively partnering with stakeholders across the organization, comprehending the regulatory landscape, operational needs, and critical requirements to devise a long-term strategy for delivering a platform that enhances efficiencies, supports escalating volumes, and promotes market expansion. Your tasks include establishing a product vision, cultivating alignment across the business cross-functionally, and prioritizing efforts for maximum impact.
Emphasis on the following:
Crafting the product vision, feature set, and roadmap to cater to customers' needs in accessing global capital markets and lending facilities.

Engaging with various internal teams, initiating discussions on new product ideas, ensuring alignment on product vision and strategy, and resolving obstacles.

Detecting risks to the business, formulating mitigation plans, and leveraging analytics for predictive models on cash movements.

Requirements:

Over a decade's worth of experience in product management, having led product portfolios with substantial customer adoption and revenue generation.

Proficient in owning product strategies for complex commercial products, adept at identifying and managing associated risks.

Previous experience mentoring other product managers and influencing partners and executives for achieving desired outcomes.

Expertise in capital markets, lending, and regulated financial services, ideally with prior experience in building products for global capital markets teams.

Enthusiasm for financial services built on crypto assets and public blockchain infrastructure.

Detail-oriented, analytical, with experience in leading complex product initiatives, sustaining and expanding revenue-generating products.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with customers, executives, architects, and developers, with the ability to drive consensus and influence partners.

Comfortable working in a fully remote setup with teams across different time zones, familiar with tools such as Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Details:

This role may be eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Compensation ranges include factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs, and may vary for candidates in different locations.

Total compensation package includes equity, benefits, annual bonus target, and a discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
