Job Summary
Ledger is seeking an Internal Events and Communications Coordinator to join our Employee Engagement and Company Culture team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive culture and implementing a robust communication strategy to support Ledger's fast-growing global workforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and streamline processes for communication channels like Slack, emails, newsletters, and intranet.
- Curate and maintain content on the intranet, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Generate content for internal newsletters and digital signage in Ledger offices.
- Educate and empower employees on communication platforms and tools.
- Coordinate internal events ranging from company All-hands to team socials and cultural activities.
- Create engaging content showcasing company culture, values, and employee stories.
- Evaluate and enhance communication strategies based on data insights.
- Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Corporate Responsibility initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, HR, or similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in communication roles.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
- Analytical mindset to measure effectiveness through data analysis.
- Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about communications.

- Experience working with diverse teams and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and other communication platforms.
