We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operator with a deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. As part of our team, you will play a key role in managing the operations and user interactions of our blockchain products, and driving continuous improvement to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our blockchain products, including monitoring user activity, addressing user inquiries and issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of product features and functionalities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user support and customer service, responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to prioritize and address user feedback, feature requests, and product enhancements.
  • Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify opportunities for improving the user experience and optimizing product performance.
  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, such as user engagement, retention, and satisfaction, and implement strategies to achieve product goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides to support user onboarding, adoption, and education.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities, and incorporate relevant insights into product strategies and roadmap planning.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of product marketing and communication initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and user engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and a passion for decentralized technologies and digital assets.
  • Proven track record of managing the operations and user experience of digital products, with a focus on delivering exceptional user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with users, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and platforms, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, to track tasks, milestones, and project progress.
