Role Overview:
As the Corporate Platforms, Web & Tools Executive, you will be instrumental in guiding our company's growth trajectory by delivering exceptional online solutions for employees, executives, and esteemed clientele. Leveraging more than 20 years of expertise in Corporate systems, User Experience Design, leadership in IT Web infrastructure, portal optimization, and Global web caching, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid track record of implementing Enterprise-scale platforms and tools organization-wide. Proficiency in managing corporate platforms on a large scale, orchestrating platform and web Implementation and operations, Intranet administration, Content Management Systems, and major SaaS products, all designed to fortify the foundational systems for the Enterprise, is critical. Additionally, skills in devising localized design solutions across the toolset, optimizing scalability, and overseeing vendor relationships with 3rd party platforms and agencies are expected. Experience within the Technology or Financial sectors is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Centralize utilized platforms, harmonizing disparate systems across the Enterprise emphasizing premier selections, Security measures, and financial efficiencies through consolidation.
- Drive the vision and strategy for innovative digital experiences for employees to enhance productivity and satisfaction at an Enterprise level.
- Lead a dedicated IT Web Platform team to support efficient and agile business operations during growth phases.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of tools such as Circle intranet, Web caching, Wiki, CMS, web metrics, Collaboration tools, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate across functions including Marketing, HR, Finance, and Security to fulfill strategic corporate objectives aligning with overall business goals.
- Spearhead internal and external projects, augmenting self-service capabilities and streamlining communication and content delivery efficiencies organization-wide.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team, harnessing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to elevate digital experiences.
- Develop and execute key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success and impact of digital initiatives centred on measurable outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- 20+ years' experience in digital experience design, global leadership in UX/UI, Employee Web development, Content Management Systems, and IT platform operations.
- Proven history of successfully spearheading digital projects that optimize operations and drive cost savings.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of nurturing high-performance IT teams.
- Noteworthy expertise in Employee Experience with forward-thinking insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills conducive to cross-functional collaboration to attain business objectives.
- Innovative mindset committed to delivering transformative digital experiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Bonus Information:
This role is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for suitable candidates. Compensation and benefits packages at Circle are competitive and tailor-made to individual circumstances, comprising various factors like relevant background, skill set, education, and organizational requirements. The inclusive compensation includes a base pay ranging between $217,500 - $270,000, an annual bonus target at 25%, along with equity and additional benefits encompassing medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) support.
