What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating with a global mobile team to implement new features for the comprehensive Android app.

Prioritizing performance optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.

Staying abreast of industry developments and exploring new solutions to meet our evolving business needs.

Working closely with design and product teams to translate design concepts into scalable, high-quality features for our extensive user base.

Partnering with international development teams to deliver tailor-made solutions for global users while adhering to the overarching architecture.

Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation to streamline cross-office/timezone collaboration.

What We Look For In You

Proficiency in either native Android development or cross-platform frameworks like ReactNative, Flutter, or Lua would be advantageous.

Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with common data structures and algorithms.

Embracing an agile development approach, including TDD, CI, and Scrum.

A keen interest in mobile technology and a passion for developing applications for a large-scale user community.

Preferred experience in developing camera applications and performing image processing.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Core Product team at OKX. In this role, you will take the lead in utilizing data to optimize the features of our fiat products. Collaborating closely with the core product team, you will identify needs, propose solutions, and communicate insights effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and A/B testing, possess strong communication skills, and excel in problem-solving through data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team in leveraging data to enhance OKX's fiat product features

Collaborate with the core product team to address needs, propose solutions, and deliver insights

Utilize data analytical tools and methodologies for problem-solving

Conduct A/B testing and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics and data science

Proactive mindset with strong coordination skills across departments

Proficiency in product analytics solutions and event-based analytics

Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling

Familiarity with Python and relevant analytics/ML libraries

Ability to apply statistical analysis and data mining methods

Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain advancements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing or analyzing AML and TMS models (a plus)

Background in anti-fraud and risk management (a plus)

Role Overview

As FTS advances its Lending as a Service platform, the role involves creating a shared software development platform, particularly focused on IAM (Identity and Access Management) technology. This position is critical for developing solutions to smoothly onboard partners and ensure a secure, user-friendly experience for customers and partners. Leveraging expertise in multitenant technology, the role involves collaborating across teams to establish a stable platform for all products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead with a tech-driven approach to solve real-world challenges

Collaborate with diverse teams across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Leadership to seize opportunities and position FTS as a leader in the FinTech industry

Work in tandem with DevOps, SecOps, and business teams to deliver a secure, multi-tenant authentication environment for Lending as a Service

Partner with business teams and external partners to implement authentication integration using external identity providers

Develop robust customer authentication systems for B2C and B2B2C scenarios 

Work with partners to enable Web3 wallet-based authentication

Provide guidance to development teams and troubleshoot technical issues

Design solutions with backward compatibility and seamless adoption 

Establish and manage a company-wide platform for building internal tools, microservices, and customer-facing applications 

Drive innovation within the lending platform and lead on security initiatives

Qualifications

Must exhibit a positive, team-focused attitude with a strong initiative to execute effectively

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field 

Minimum 12 years of software engineering experience in an agile environment

Leadership experience in projects with multitenant architecture 

Proficiency in identity and authorization in a multitenant setting 

Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects from conceptualization to release

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing customer-centric products and internal tools, ensuring code performance aligns with company coding standards and includes robust unit test coverage. Identifying system bottlenecks and enhancing application response rates.

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in writing production code using Python, Java, or Golang.

Proficiency with AWS, including familiarity with modern web technologies like AWS cloud services, MySQL databases, Redis caching, and messaging tools such as Kafka/SQS.

Comfortable working on backend systems and exploring backend or datastore functionalities as needed.

Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and asynchronous architectures.

Well-versed in current industry technical practices, adaptable to dynamic environments.

Passion for contributing to an open financial system that elevates product offerings.

Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and attention to operational detail.
