Sharing your front-end expertise through documentation and presentations will contribute to the continuous growth of our development team. To excel in this role, prior experience in fast-paced tech environments, preferably within fintech or financial services, is desired. Proficiency in React and TypeScript is a must, with familiarity in state management and React Native being advantageous. Responsibilities at Swyftx include:
Gain expertise in Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)
Foster alignment and teamwork within the product team to design roadmaps, OKRs, projects, and initiatives while effectively communicating with the business
Lead the development and implementation of team projects, initiatives, and OKRs
Oversee the discovery and delivery phases of the PDLC including creating project PRDs, UAT plans, go-to-market materials, and working with various departments for feature launch
