What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Conducting Events: Scheme, synchronize, and carry out engaging community events and conference initiatives in various cityscapes to promote education, awareness, and conversion rates. At the forefront of our brand representation, you will animate our image through captivating and memorable means.
- Fostering Community Connections: Cultivate robust ties with local communities, corporations, and establishments to amplify our messaging and broaden our influence. Whether through collaborations with local tastemakers or alliances with community figures, you will function as the vital link connecting us to the ethos of each city.
- Active Engagement: Enchant audiences through interactive demonstrations, event booths, workshops, and presentations showcasing the value propositions of our products and services. Qualifications Essential for Success:
- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, events, or related branding domains.
- Must exhibit a proven track record in the execution of events spanning from intimate gatherings to large-scale conference activations.
- Proficiency in collaborating with and supervising vendors, venues, and partners is necessary.
- Demonstrates agility in swiftly executing and adapting in a fast-paced setting.
- Possesses an innate storytelling acumen that engages and motivates diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail, adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while on the move.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities, proficient at establishing rapport and nurturing relationships with varied audiences.
- Willingness to travel and accommodate flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Package & Compensation:
- Both a compelling salary and equity participation available.
- Salaries vary depending on your location within the U.S. Indexed compensation tiers correspond to the cost of labor index in respective geographic areas. For candidates beyond metropolitan areas, state averages determine compensation.
- The starting pay for successful candidates is gauged based on job-relevant skills, experience, qualifications, work locality, and market conditions.
- Nova Labs targets the 50th percentile of the pay scale for incoming staff.
- Salary range based on target expertise and skills for U.S. locations are as follows:
- Tier 1: $93,000 - $127,000 (San Francisco / New York City)
- Tier 2: $84,000 - $114,000 (Boston, Seattle, DC, San Diego, Los Angeles, CA State Avg)
- Tier 3: $79,000 - $108,000 (Austin, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Phoenix, Portland, Philadelphia, Sacramento)
- Tier 4: $75,000 - $102,000 (Other, Miami, Columbus, Raleigh-Durham, SLC, Orlando, Eugene, NH, San Antonio)
