Who You Are:
Within Galaxy Digital Lending (GDL), we offer tailored lending services for digital assets and traditional currencies to institutional clients and high net worth individuals. Our key products include margin/secured lending, structured finance, collateral financing, and specialized lending services.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and management of the lending business and portfolio.
- Conduct credit analysis, manage loan exposures and market risks.
- Coordinate interactions with internal teams and external parties.
- Drive process enhancements and collaborate with various departments.
- Support treasury management for liquidity.
- Manage data and generate detailed reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor's degree (with preference for STEM/Finance).
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Background in finance or mathematics.
Fluent in English. Preferred Skills:
Experience in data modeling using tools like Python or R.

负责公司级数据仓库体系的建设，推动企业级数据模型建设及数据治理体系的落地；
负责公司数据架构体系的优化升级，推动数据研发流程的改进，提升数据研发质量与效能；

负责数据团队的建设与管理工作，培养和组建技术梯队，优化资源利用。
任职资格
计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上数据研发领域经验，2年以上互联网团队管理经验；
精通数据仓库相关理论，有企业级的数据仓库建设经验，有数据治理相关成功经验；有AWS EMR平台经验者优先；
熟悉Hadoop生态体系，包括但不限于Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink、Kafka等，并能结合业务场景进行架构设计；
具有较强的编程能力，熟练使用java和python开发；
良好的业务理解力，能从业务视角看问题，从技术角度解决业务问题；
有自驱力，结果导向。

任职资格

软件知识结构全面，基础扎实，熟悉常用数据结构与算法，熟悉面向对象编程；
熟悉Mysql数据库，能够快速根据需求完成高性能数据库设计；
