Key Responsibilities:
Lead a dynamic engineering team's day-to-day operations, including coordinating requirements, scrums, and retrospectives.
Develop and maintain API services, user interfaces, and backend systems.
Support hands-on coding efforts and provide technical guidance.
Offer architectural direction for platform development and integration.
Drive agile software practices and introduce industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and product releases on schedule.
Manage full team lifecycles, including mentorship and performance management.
Advocate for the engineering team, highlighting technology's impact on project development.
Address technical debt management to ensure consistent development velocity and operational reliability.

Additional Details:
Eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
Salary Range: $182,500 - $240,000
Annual Bonus Target: 15%
