Bitcoin Depot is searching for an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is integral to driving revenue growth through active prospecting, building relationships, and strategic selling. We are looking for a results-driven individual who is passionate about achieving sales success. This role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and a target earnings of $120K in the first year. The ideal candidate should be located within driving distance of the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking to identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet customers, spending multiple hours per day on the road for outside sales.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and effectively promoting our products/services.
  • Deliver in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns with the guidance of your manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and the sales pipeline using SalesForce.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and maintaining a professional image.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably has previous door-to-door sales experience.
  • Expectation for travel to be 50% or more.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
