Responsibilities Overview:
As a Senior Campaigns Manager based in the United States, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing global marketing initiatives across various audiences, channels, and regions. Your strategic input will be crucial in shaping Circle's international marketing strategy and enhancing the brand’s reach worldwide. You will be leading cross-functional teams to execute targeted marketing efforts, from influencer marketing to performance marketing, with a focus on engaging global audiences and driving business growth.
Primary Duties:
- Spearhead influencer marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and reach global target audiences.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to specific countries to support business objectives.
- Oversee localization and translation of marketing materials to ensure effective communication across diverse regions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze consumer behavior, and assess competitive landscapes in targeted markets.
- Collaborate with various teams to align marketing strategies and drive global business growth.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to optimize ROI and achieve set marketing goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and continually fine-tune marketing strategies for enhanced effectiveness.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives through diverse channels to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Global Marketing, with expertise in B2B Influencer Marketing or Partner Marketing.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns across diverse global markets.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage cross-functional leaders and drive results.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of initiatives.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with tools like 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite preferred.
- Appetite for work-related travel and proficiency in English; bilingualism is a plus.
