Social Marketing Lead

As a leading Ethereum scaling solution, Arbitrum has garnered significant market share, hosting numerous apps and accounting for over 50% of all rollup liquidity.
The Arbitrum Foundation seeks a proactive and seasoned Social Marketer to spearhead the organization's social media strategy and enhance visibility within the dynamic Web3 environment. Playing a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and fostering a dedicated community around our innovative technology, you should possess a genuine interest in Web3, social media, and strong leadership and interdepartmental skills to drive successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various key platforms such as Twitter and YouTube
- Create engaging content that resonates with developers, users, and the broader Web3 community
- Curate a mix of paid and unpaid media to enhance engagement, user acquisition, and advocacy
- Supervise a team of social media professionals across different regions
- Demonstrate creativity by generating innovative ideas and overseeing their execution utilizing creative resources
- Stay informed about emerging Web3 trends and tailor strategies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with marketing and partnership teams to maintain brand consistency
- Analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement
- Cultivate a positive and actively engaged online community around the Arbitrum ecosystem
Desired Background:
- Minimum of 5 years in social marketing, with a focus on Web3 in the last 3 years
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing social media strategies
- Profound comprehension of the Web3 landscape and its target audience
- Strong track record of cultivating and engaging online communities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in creating content (videos, graphics, written content) for social media
- Data-driven approach with capacity to analyze and interpret social media metrics
- Proven ability in team management and motivation
