The Role:

We are on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned Social Media Manager to join us at Story Protocol. The selected candidate will be tasked with overseeing our Twitter presence, devising the social content calendar, and actively engaging with the community through Twitter spaces. As the Twitter Manager, you will collaborate closely with the co-founders, the Community Manager, and senior leadership to ensure the successful launch of Story Protocol's premier IP and NFT project, led by an award-winning creative team from Hollywood's AAA industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive Twitter strategy for our initial IP that aligns with Story Protocol's goals and brand identity.
  • Work in tandem with the Community Manager and co-founders to plan and develop compelling, educational, and innovative content for Twitter.
  • Monitor and evaluate Twitter performance metrics to enhance content and engagement strategies.
  • Administer the primary flagship IP Twitter account, encompassing scheduling, posting, and promptly engaging with comments and messages.
  • Actively participate in and host Twitter spaces to foster community engagement and promote Story Protocol's flagship IP and NFT initiative.
  • Identify, connect with, and cultivate relationships with influencers, collaborators, and key figures within the cryptocurrency and NFT sector.
  • Remain updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices pertaining to social media and NFTs to ensure Story Protocol maintains a leading presence in the field.
  • Regularly present reports on Twitter performance and insights to the Story Protocol leadership team.

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing Twitter accounts for brands or businesses, ideally within the web3 or NFT realm.
  • Sound grasp of Twitter algorithms, analytics, and best practices in the web3 sphere.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication expertise with a knack for storytelling.
  • Capable of operating autonomously or collaboratively in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in fostering initial traction on prominent web3 or cryptocurrency Twitter accounts is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and tools like Discord and Telegram is considered a bonus.
