About the Role
Limit Break seeks a Technical Project Manager with strong communication skills and game production expertise, preferably in Unity projects. In this role, you will lead a Unity development team, collaborating with internal and external teams to manage technical and creative elements for a new IP.
Responsibilities. What you'll do
- Define project milestones based on the roadmap.
- Establish production schedules for all project stages.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective resolution strategies.
- Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders on project status, milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate tasks with Art and Engineering team leaders.

Must have
- Proficient in Japanese and English communication.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a changing environment.
- Skilled in team collaboration and effective communication.
- Experience in project management within the local gaming industry.
- Expertise in enhancing team cooperation and efficiency.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of 3D/mobile game development lifecycle.
- Experience in full-cycle game development.
- Practical Unity expertise for live services and tool development.
- Capability to lead engineering teams in complex projects.
