Takadao is searching for a talented Social Media Manager who can contribute to building an impactful and engaged social media presence for our products and services on the Web3. The Social Media Manager will manage the social media team, creating high-quality original content and campaigns, understanding industry trends and being active within the Web3 community. They will also manage our community by responding to comments, and overseeing our engagement across all platforms.
This is a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
●Managing the social media team
●Formulating a high-quality strategy for written and visual Web3 content for each social media campaign
●Featuring in and creating engaging content (video, audio) across socials
●Editing posts (text, image, and video) for social media
●Reviewing posts to maintain brand guidelines
●Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Web3 social media, design tools, and application
●Monitoring the company's brand on social media and reporting on key metrics
●Creating impact by maintaining a solid online presence
●Running company social media accounts
●Responding to comments on each of our accounts
Job Requirements:
●Minimum of 2-3 years of in Web3 social media marketing
●Hands-on experience in content creation and management (text, image, and video)
●Is comfortable featuring in company content
●Familiar with Web3 lingo
●Preferably has experience managing a small team
●Preferably has experience with working online remotely
●Preferably is active in the Web3 social media space
●Preferably has an understanding of Islamic finance 
●Experience developing social media strategies
●Enjoys taking initiatives and leading campaigns
●Understanding of graphic design principles
●Ability to measure the success of campaigns
●Works independently
●Excellent communication skills
●Analytical and multitasking skills
●BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
●Has access to and can use all social media platforms
●Performs well in a dynamic and high pressure environment
Nice to Have: 
Background in Islamic finance or understanding of it

Takadao is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team to streamline software development and deployment by bridging the gap between our development and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of automation tools, AWS cloud services, and system operations. This role is pivotal in optimizing our workflows, ensuring our infrastructure's reliability, and implementing continuous integration and delivery processes to improve our product's scalability and performance. This is a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop automation scripts to enhance and streamline operational processes. Proactively troubleshoot issues during testing and deployment phases to prevent problems at product launch.
Build, maintain, and critically evaluate automation tools for deployment, testing, and monitoring to ensure they meet the business requirements.
Set up and continuously improve the CI/CD pipeline, guaranteeing that software releases are reliable and of high quality.
Provide essential technical support and training to team members and stakeholders, enhancing their capabilities and understanding of our systems.
Collaborate with developers and security analysts to design and implement robust monitoring systems that detect and resolve issues preemptively.
Manage and perform administrative tasks across various AWS Cloud services, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, improving and maintaining the reliability and availability of services to support scalability.
Commit to continuous technical growth through experimentation, ongoing learning, and rapid iteration of projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field. 
2+ years experience in DevOps.
Proficiency in Git version control.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automating infrastructure using modern programming languages and tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
Bash scripting.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with automation tools for CI and CD, such as Jenkins.
Experience with monitoring tools.
Understanding of operations within an Agile development framework.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
