Responsibilities
Assist executives with daily organizational tasks
Facilitate company structuring initiatives
Coordinate legal work for fundraising, including portfolio management and document review
Create legal and organizational structures for the company's new developments
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, as well as travel logistics
Support the formulation and distribution of administrative policies and update existing protocols
Perform additional assigned tasks and projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferable in a legal field
Minimum 5 years of experience in companies with market values exceeding $1 billion
Mandarin and English proficiency required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and quick to learn new software and systems

Key Responsibilities:
Offer general administrative assistance to the Legal & HR teams.
Manage a section of the contracts lifecycle by handling incoming requests, preparing documents based on templates, monitoring review and signature status, and maintaining updated personnel files.
Deal with correspondence and document requests from external entities.
Support user succession cases processing.
Assist in responding to due diligence questionnaires from partners during onboarding, with necessary training and guidance.
Obtain official and certified personal and corporate documentation, collaborating with notaries and chancelleries among others.
Organize wet-ink signatures, manage document filing (both digital and hard copies), and perform various ad-hoc administrative duties.
Qualifications:

Based in or near Lausanne, able to work from our office for a minimum of 3 days weekly (required, not preferred).

About the Role
