The Opportunity:
We are seeking skilled and driven engineers to join the Engineering team at O(1) Labs. The Role:

What You'll Work On:
Support multiple development teams by providing an agile CI/CD platform to deliver high-quality builds with measurable performance and quality.
Develop, maintain, scale, and secure cloud infrastructure and resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
Automate operational tasks using programming languages such as Go, Python, and serverless solutions like AWS Lambda and Kubernetes Jobs.
Design, oversee, and monitor Kubernetes clusters supporting various production workloads.
Enhance blockchain infrastructure by managing blockchain nodes across different blockchain platforms.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure operational continuity and perform root cause analysis.
Plan and conduct testing of disaster recovery scenarios for a resilient microservices architecture.
Collaborate with the security team to develop and maintain security-focused tools, frameworks, and uphold top-notch security standards.
Mentor team members, foster growth, and scale the team effectively.
What You'll Bring to Circle (Not All Required):
Senior Site Reliability Engineer (III):
Possess at least 4 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles focusing on tooling, automation, and infrastructure on major public cloud platforms.
Skilled in coding/scripting with languages like Go, Python, and Shell.
Have substantial experience in building and maintaining CI/CD platforms and supporting agile engineering teams in microservices development.
Proficient in key tech areas including Docker, Kubernetes, modern CI/CD platforms, blockchain systems, networking concepts, monitoring tools, IaC, and Kubernetes clusters.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Staff Site Reliability Engineer (IV) Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with advanced proficiency in tooling, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
Demonstrated leadership in technical architecture and system design.
Deep understanding of API design, cloud services, containers, Kubernetes, SQL databases, and coding standards.
Zeal for maintaining exceptional coding standards and superior code quality.
