Who We're Looking For
ChainSafe is seeking a proficient senior engineering manager with robust knowledge of blockchain protocols and a keen interest in Web3 ecosystems to oversee the management and growth of the protocol program.
**Role **
- Lead and manage protocol teams, oversee hiring processes, and institute best practices
- Offer technical leadership on architecture and development methods
- Strategize and direct quarterly goals in line with business objectives
- Foster a positive work environment where everyone is valued, empowered, and has a work-life balance
- Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and relationships
- Engage with clients, partners, and the broader community across various ecosystems
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the teams
Prerequisites for Applicants
- At least 5 years of software development experience with demonstrated team management skills
- A minimum of 2 years of web3 experience and solid technical understanding of web3 technologies
- Strong communication and leadership qualities
- People management skills with a servant leader mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or TypeScript
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with open-source software
- Previous involvement in managing remote teams
Recruitment Process

- Following that, candidates will engage in a 60-minute alignment interview
- Finally, candidates will partake in a 60-minute technical interview
