Who We're Looking For
ChainSafe is seeking a proficient senior engineering manager with robust knowledge of blockchain protocols and a keen interest in Web3 ecosystems to oversee the management and growth of the protocol program.
**Role **
- Lead and manage protocol teams, oversee hiring processes, and institute best practices
- Offer technical leadership on architecture and development methods
- Strategize and direct quarterly goals in line with business objectives
