Responsibilities

The available position within the company involves playing a central role in the Messari Intel team. This team specializes in providing crypto intelligence solutions to top investors, exchanges, and crypto teams as part of the company's Enterprise suite. The Intel product allows users to monitor over 400+ Crypto Assets in real-time and receive immediate notifications regarding significant changes such as network upgrades, security incidents, legal actions, and more. As an Intel Manager, the primary responsibilities include managing a team of expert analysts to produce ongoing coverage, analysis, and summaries to support the Intel product. Additionally, working closely with the product and engineering teams to enhance coverage, automate processes, develop new features, and foster overall product growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the product team and manage a team of skilled individuals contributing to the development of a leading monitoring platform in the crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a globally distributed team of 7+ analysts, focusing on enhancing individual growth and development.
• Streamlining processes to expand product coverage capabilities continually.
• Setting editorial direction for coverage, identifying relevant assets and events, and ensuring high-quality and timely coverage.
• Integrating product automations into analyst workflows effectively.
• Collaborating with product, business development, and leadership teams to identify new product opportunities and address client requirements.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, working alongside the product team to address client needs and gather feedback for product improvements.
• Developing team talent to support internal growth.
• Identifying and executing potential cross-team collaborations.
• Participating in the recruitment and development of top talent for the Intel team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing high-quality products or teams.
• 2+ years of experience in crypto, technology, financial, or professional services sectors.
• Proficient in setting KPIs aligned with business development, sales, and organizational goals.
• Passionate about staying informed of industry updates and news.
• Strong interest in process optimization to drive efficiency improvements.
• Enjoyment in fostering talent development and supporting team members' growth.
• Excellent communication skills for leading internal teams and managing client relationships.
• Good candidates will have experience in enhancing team structures to optimize efficiency for a growing team.

Salary range (based on experience):

$130,000 - $140,000
