Responsibilities

  • Support product developers and architects in creating product features and prototypes
  • Aid the product manager in drafting product requirements specifications and associated documentation
  • Assist the product manager in addressing developer and tester requirements
  • Conduct research and analysis on market demand, innovative technology, and other relevant information, preparing competitive product analysis reports
  • Gather and organize product feedback from operations, business, and other teams to facilitate product iterations
  • Coordinate technical teams to manage product research, development, and launch projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Mandarin with good English reading and writing abilities
  • Strong understanding of user needs, capable of producing product requirements documents
  • Proficient in creating wireframes, UI, and design background is desirable
  • Prior experience in prominent Internet companies is advantageous

Job Overview:

The Hardware Repair Technician plays a crucial role in CleanSpark's bitcoin mining operation by providing maintenance and diagnosis services to repair bitcoin miners. The position is primarily located at the Norcross Facility and directly reports to the Hardware Repair Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct repairs on bitcoin mining equipment, including control boards, hash cards, and chip level repairs.

Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, quickly identifying and resolving issues.

Interpret blueprints/schematics and evaluate their operational status.

Assist in integrating new equipment and systems into the facility's infrastructure.

Perform any additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Possess at least 2 years of technician experience in an industrial or commercial setting.

Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is advantageous.

Bitman repair certification is a bonus.

Background in troubleshooting electrical functionality is preferred.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
