Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
7+ years of data management and analytics experience in banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency industries.
Proficiency in data analysis programming languages like Python, SQL, or R.
Experience collaborating with diverse teams to enhance compliance processes and systems.
Strong documentation skills to support compliance processes.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic industry and adapt quickly to changing needs.
Familiarity with AML and sanctions software, and ideally on-chain transaction monitoring solutions.
Comfort working with Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS.
