Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Web3 Solutions Architect with expertise in interoperability and cross-chain infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in showcasing and advocating for our product suite to potential clients, guiding them through technical aspects, aiding in seamless integration, and shaping our solutions strategy.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients alongside the Business Development team to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that address interoperability and cross-chain integration challenges.

Deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the advantages of our solutions in the realm of interoperability infrastructure.

Act as a technical consultant for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the implementation process.

Analyze client requirements and collaborate with the product team to ensure solutions meet market demands and industry standards.

Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft detailed proposals, encompassing technical specifications, integration strategies, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams to oversee project delivery, identifying and resolving any technical obstacles that may arise during implementation.

Keep abreast of advancements in blockchain and Web3 technologies, particularly in interoperability and cross-chain communication, and apply new insights in client interactions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation such as implementation guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources to aid clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

4-8 years of experience in technical, solution, and/or customer engineering roles.

Strong knowledge of the Web3 industry.

Experience in Financial Services is advantageous.

Ability to establish trust with users and influence key decision-makers in the sales process.

Proficiency in middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, and APIs.

Familiarity with Golang, Rust, JS, Ruby, Python, C++, C, or Solidity is desirable.

Proven experience in creating and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding independently and effectively to technical facets of proposals.

Ability to lead architectural discussions and translate technical passion into tangible business benefits for clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in presenting to diverse audiences.

More than 5 years of internal corporate deal experience with exposure to international and developing markets, handling diverse deal types.

Strong relationship-building prowess, project management experience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

About the Role

We are in search of an Acquisitions Analyst to provide support to the Groma acquisitions team in transaction activities at the deal and partnership levels, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. The role involves strategic involvement in acquisitions team operations as well as day-to-day operational tasks. The Acquisitions Analyst's primary responsibilities include conducting economic analyses on real estate investment properties and presenting detailed investment recommendations. Additionally, they are expected to assist in interpreting complex business reports to aid in strategic decision-making by the investment team.

Job Functions 

Evaluate and analyze real estate acquisition and development opportunities, and offer investment recommendations.

Serve as a real estate representative for Groma Realty by assisting affiliated buyers, such as the GromaREIT and other associated funds.

Manage and improve acquisition tools like financial models, market research models, and due diligence workflow diagrams.

Assist in various analytical and transactional tasks related to investments, including sourcing, due diligence, financing, negotiations, and closing procedures.
