The Engineering Team
Chainlink Labs' engineering team is at the forefront of advancing decentralized applications within the industry. With over 70% market share in oracles, our Chainlink Network is solving real-world challenges by facilitating secure interaction between smart contracts and off-chain data/computation.
Responsibilities
We are seeking skilled and ambitious individuals to work together collaboratively on complex problems, drive product innovation, and nurture their growth as creators. Step into the realm of blockchain technology and decentralized finance as we shape the future.
Available Positions
- Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP): Working on critical projects to enhance blockchain interoperability and support scalability for thousands of tokens across numerous blockchains.
- Blockchain Integrations: Engaging with the integration of new blockchains into the Chainlink platform, building relationships with engineers, and adapting to innovative ecosystems.
- VRF & Capital Markets: Developing solutions to bridge decentralized and traditional finance, utilizing CCIP to provide liquidity to the capital markets industry through tokenizing real-world assets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a collaborative, product-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in core languages such as Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust.
- Passion for blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Sound grasp of computer science fundamentals.
- Ability to thrive in a remote role within a globally distributed team spanning different time zones.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience managing project progress, dependencies, and risk with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in blockchain and Web 3.0 technologies.
- Involvement in the open-source community.
- Demonstrated mentoring and support for junior developers.
