About The Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager well-versed in Web3 to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the high-tech industry and a comprehensive understanding of Web3 concepts and applications. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in steering our strategic direction, overseeing internal efficiencies, and expanding our footprint in the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Enhance operational efficiency to ensure timely delivery on key initiatives
- Manage Polymer’s OKRs and track KPIs for insightful data-driven analysis
- Support leadership in strategic initiatives such as partnerships, community growth, and investor and developer relations
- Collaborate with various teams including People, Finance, Legal, BD, Product, Marketing, DevRel, and Engineering
- Independently manage short-term operational tasks while effectively overseeing ongoing projects
- Stay updated on Web3 and blockchain developments to optimize operational processes
- Ensure timely project delivery meeting quality standards
- Foster continuous improvement by refining processes based on feedback and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Strong ability in evaluating opportunities pragmatically
- Clear and transparent communication skills
- Highly reliable, responsive, and well-organized
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5-8 years of high-tech industry experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the Web3 space
- Proficient in project management for high-volume projects
- Excellent analytical and research skills to derive actionable insights from complex information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
