Responsibilities

As the Performance Marketing Manager, your role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, enhance conversions, and maximize ROI in the DACH region and France. You will oversee web and app user acquisition campaigns across various channels including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies on multiple platforms such as Google, Bing, and Apple Search Ads, amongst others, to drive targeted traffic, boost conversions, and achieve performance objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for performance marketing while fostering stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities for further enhancement.
  • Analyze campaign performance, interpret data, recognize trends, and make adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness. Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders on campaign performance.
  • Identify areas for optimization including keyword research, bid management, ad content, targeting strategies, and landing page enhancements.
  • Manage partnerships with key platforms like Google and TikTok, maximizing joint business plans for mutual benefit.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale performance media campaigns in search and social platforms.
  • Proficiency in various paid platforms and tracking tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English to effectively engage with stakeholders and partners.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to approach work methodically for optimal results.
