CSR with deep knowledge in crypto

I believe my background in the stock market as a transfer agent and plans representative would also make me a competitive candidate for this position, since it would be a somehow related financial market with closely similar stakeholders eg. Shareholders, Clients, Stock companies. My key strengths in this position include : - Deep understanding of blockchain/ledger technology as an I.T -Strong knowledge in crypto trading, (Spot trading, Futures Market, Derivatives ,Margins) -Strong familiarity in crypto market and crypto currency. -Almost 2 years experience in financial markets specifically the stock market. -Customer service experience in outbound and inbound calls, chat support and email. -Strong and fluent communication skills, written and verbal. With a background in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, I have comprehensive understanding of computer related programs and systems which may be of help in learning and applying new technologies, that may be required for this position.
