Full stack engineer

Full-Stack Platform Engineer (QA Infrastructure & Web3)

We’re looking for a product-minded Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building reliable systems that improve how technical teams evaluate, verify, and hire software quality talent.

This role goes beyond building dashboards. You’ll help shape the infrastructure behind assessment delivery, candidate workflows, verification systems, and next-generation credentialing features powered by Web3 technologies.

You’ll work closely with product, QA specialists, and platform engineers to create scalable tools that support thousands of technical evaluations and hiring decisions.

What You’ll Build

  • Develop scalable backend services for assessments, candidate workflows, scoring pipelines, and employer dashboards
  • Build responsive platform features using Next.js and modern React patterns
  • Design APIs for assessment engines, reporting systems, and external integrations
  • Architect secure data models for candidate evaluations, interview records, and credential verification
  • Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience
  • Integrate decentralized identity and wallet-based verification systems for future credentialing initiatives
  • Collaborate with QA experts to build tools that reflect real-world testing and engineering practices

Tech Stack

  • Node.js
  • Next.js / React
  • REST & GraphQL APIs
  • PostgreSQL / MongoDB
  • TypeScript
  • AWS / GCP
  • Web3 integrations (wallet auth, smart contracts, decentralized credentials)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years building production-grade web applications
  • Strong experience with Node.js and React/Next.js
  • Solid understanding of scalable API architecture
  • Experience designing relational or NoSQL databases
  • Comfortable owning features end-to-end across frontend and backend
  • Strong focus on clean architecture, maintainability, and performance

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ethers.js, Solidity, or wallet authentication
  • Familiarity with online assessment platforms, hiring systems, or QA tooling
  • Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP)
  • Experience building secure systems involving authentication or verification workflows

Why Join

  • Build infrastructure that directly impacts engineering hiring quality
  • Work on meaningful platform problems instead of generic CRUD apps
  • Opportunity to help shape Web3-based credential verification from the ground up
  • Small, fast-moving engineering environment with high ownership
  • Real product influence and technical autonomy
