Voice or Non voice I am more than willing to work for you. I have an experience working in BPO companies wherein I handled different accounts. I have experienced handling directory assistance account. I used to provide phone numbers, addresses and personal or business names in less than 30 seconds. I used to handle US and Canada. With this, I can use the knowledge I have learned to provide what you need if given the chance. I also worked in a Telco company in Australia. My account there was billing that comes with selling too. I help customers with their inquiries or issues and then give better recommendations.
