Record Retrieval Specialist

I am currently employed right now as a Record retrieval specialist, But I'm still looking for a part-time job. I had 4 years of experienced handling and providing customer services  including the technical service for Microsoft windows. Being with inbound and outbound calls and ben a part of telemarketing  for doing upselling and cold calling. And also being a marketing specialist. In the past years of my employment, I learned a lot. As a customer service representative at the same time technical support provider, you need to be more patiently dealing with the clients especially for the issues they're referring to you. Being a good listener and understand where they coming from is really important.providing the right service and educate them at the same time so that they will know what to do and to avoid in the future.
