To start with, let me walk you through my work experiences.

I've been a BPO employee for several years which I enjoyed much and being in that career and being there for years has helped me improved my skills so much such as to be interactive and effective customer support, sales representative, and companies escalation support. I started switching into a home-based employee last January of 2019 and became a Social Manager and a Team Leader for an E-commerce Store. I thought of doing different in my career for me to grow as a career woman and really find my purpose in life . So , I took up Freelancing course by Filipino Virtual Assistance Academy to gain more skills to work in excellence and to also train myself by being a freelancer and how it really works.

Now, I decided to take another venture towards the online industry as I know that I can do so much as a freelancer, and I know that being a freelancer I can also help any individuals that need assistance for their business or to their interests in an online platforms or in a social media.

My goal is to provide value and quality of my freelance service journey.
