I completed a degree in Translation and Interpretation in 2008, but previously had studied English Philology 1993-1996. I tried my hand at technical translation collaborating closely, for 5+ years, with the Technical Manager of a canmaking factory in Zaragoza (Grumetal-Massilly), before actually being a professional freelance translator.
I have been freelancing since since my graduation for some agencies in the fields of marketing, advertising, technical fields (packaging, lubricants, automotive, technical manuals, computer applications, industrial production, agribusiness, etc.).
I have certain experience in IT and marketing projects due to my collaboration with Intel and HP and other clients, so I think I can be a good match for your team. I work with Trados Studio and some other CAT tools. I have translated some texts related to VPN systems.
Although I find any topic appealing, my passion is working on issues related to sustainability, environment, ecology, social economy, development aid, human rights, appropriate technologies, biomass, renewable energy and related topics.
