STEM-IT: Coding and Robotics Training for Kids

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

We are offering Individual Parents, Primary and Secondary Schools, the opportunity to expose their wards/children, between the ages of 6 to 14, to the indispensable knowledge and skills of 21st century and beyond – a knowledge that is already inevitable in our daily personal, business and economic activities. 

Computer programming also known has Coding is a knowledge-based and project-oriented concept required by all - both Kids and Adults to become relevant in a fast-growing digital society, in business and in the economy of any nation in this present time and beyond. Our course will cut across various IT areas including; Robotics, and Computer Electronics.

The following are the future and present benefits of coding to Kids in Primary and Secondary Schools;

  • The unstoppable Digital revolution is powered by Computer Programming/Coding. Hence, kids with the knowledge of coding are better positioned to be decision makers and solution providers in the digitally-driven economy of the future.

  • Coding is fun and satisfying. Hence children are able to embrace learning, and understand concepts easily.

STEM-IT COURSES 

CODING: The parent provides the Computers (At Most 2 student per computer at a time) and Internet connectivity (optional for physical classes). Age group/classes are also considered in the course option.

  1. Animation/Cartoon Creation and Game Development.
  2. Web Development
  3. Mobile App Development.
  4. Computer Programming (Python)
  5. Graphics Design

ROBOTICS, COMPUTER ELECTRONIC AND CREATIVE CONSTRUCTION: Parents are required to provide the specified kits for their child/children if interested. 

  1. Robotics Building and Programming
  2. Computer Electronics and Drone Technology.
  3. Educational Model Construction Sets

Students may be exposed to Hackathons and Exposition if opportunity arises, based on their level.
