Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We’re looking for a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to design financial architecture and lead fundraising across private and public rounds. This role goes far beyond bookkeeping — you’ll be a strategic partner to the founding team with a clear path to senior leadership within 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and run fundraising operations: private rounds, public offerings, and institutional partnerships.
• Design and govern financial model and treasury: token‑adjacent supply model, vesting schedules, liquidity strategy, and on‑chain/off‑chain equivalents for treasury controls (replace technical terms with general treasury mechanics when needed).
• Build Solus’s financial control environment: accounting systems, audit readiness, financial reporting, and regular investor updates.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment: coordinate with legal counsel and relevant regulators for issuance, foundation setup, and KYC/AML flows.
• Advise the CEO & leadership on valuation, investor relations, fundraising strategy, and capital allocation among  products and platform components.
• Create long‑term sustainability plans: runway modeling, monetization strategies for product features , revenue forecasts, and contingency scenarios.

Qualifications & Experience (preferred)

• Proven experience leading finance/fundraising for high‑growth tech or fintech projects.
• Deep understanding of modern token economics concepts translated into conventional financial frameworks, and treasury management.
• Track record with institutional fundraising, public offerings, or venture rounds.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for digital asset projects or comparable financial products across jurisdictions.
• Strong operational finance skills: forecasting, KPI design, investor reporting, and audit preparedness.
• Excellent communication: ability to explain complex financial constructs to technical teams, investors, and legal partners.
