Description
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to join our team at Crypto.com, where our goal is to drive global adoption of cryptocurrency through our Exchange App. This role is crucial in shaping our go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to support user growth and engagement on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and will work collaboratively across product, data, and creative teams. Your role will involve working closely with product managers and growth teams to align feature releases, growth campaigns, and user insights into compelling narratives that resonate with users worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning:
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to develop a roadmap for the Exchange vertical.
- Craft unique value propositions that set our platform apart in the competitive global market.
- Define user personas and create tailored user journeys in collaboration with data, analytics, and product teams.
- Lead creative positioning and brief submission for effective and localized growth campaigns.
- Launch Execution:
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features in partnership with the product team.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns for user acquisition across various channels.
- Ensure campaigns are data-informed, scalable, and timely, collaborating with marketing and product teams.
- Customize messaging for region-specific rollouts in coordination with local market teams.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather insights through user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Share findings with product and growth teams to inform decision-making and positioning.
- Growth & Retention:
- Develop lifecycle programs to drive user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Create promotions and incentive programs to boost engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation processes.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Establish KPIs across various metrics in collaboration with Growth and Product teams.
- Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel for reporting and iteration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-to-5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally with a background in cryptocurrency.
- Demonstrated success in launching and growing B2C products/platforms sustainably.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Highly collaborative with a bias for action in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is a plus.
- Bonus point for familiarity with community-led growth.
