Your Responsibilities:

Develop firmware and drivers to facilitate the qualification of new hardware components

Analyze and report on components' performance in comparison to expected behaviors

Contribute to the enhancement of our factory test mode

Collaborate closely with Hardware and Electronics engineers to ensure proper setups of components within our systems

Work on microcontrollers and microprocessors to drive innovation

Build various applications on Ledger OS for testing and validating hardware performance within the system

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Strong proficiency in C programming

Proficient in Python programming language

Familiarity with versioning tools like Git

Well-versed in low-level concepts such as interrupts, system ticks, peripherals, etc.

Experience with operating systems like Linux

Knowledge of micro-kernels like FreeRTOS, Zephyr, etc.

Fundamental understanding of electronics and the ability to review schematics

Proficiency in reading and interpreting components' datasheets

Ability to debug on target using JTAG, SWD, GDB

Your Responsibilities:
Develop and devise electronic systems, including components selection, schematic design, PCB layout, and system integration.

Execute testing, experimentation, and validation of design decisions. Proficient in basic RF concepts and supports RF testing for BLE, NFC, or WiFi technologies.

Oversee the pre-certification process in coordination with the Operational Team.

The QA Engineer will work to validate current and future functionalities. Working closely with the QA Expert/Lead and developers to identify possible test scenarios, evaluate the need for more extensive testing methods and participate in the development of the team into agile testing methodology.
Your mission
Elaborate, maintain and implement detailed test plans, help define acceptance criteria for different scenarios.
Provide complete and detailed analysis of failing tests to help engineering teams understand better the corrective actions to be implemented.
Assess risk from test results and alert in time the squad of potential issues.
Ensure good communication with different stakeholders through thorough and well structured reports.
Apply extensive testing methodologies to assure quality of our products.
Being able to create/apply extensive exploratory testing to identify possible risks.
Engage squad team in agile testing methodology, sharing knowledge and being able to create debate on current practices.
Work with QA automation team to create specifications and acceptance criteria for test scenarios & tools.
Be active in the use of automated testing solutions 
What we’re looking for
5+years of experience in software quality assurance
Good knowledge of Unix commands
Team work spirit, great organizational and communication skills
Fluent English is a must
Experience/knowledge in blockchain and IoT technology is appreciated
Proficient in black box, grey box testing approaches
Good knowledge of development processes, agile methodology.
Experience with AWS, Docker containers

To improve our compliance with privacy regulations around the world, we are looking for a Data Protection Legal Counsel, motivated to join our dynamic Ledgers’ Data Protection Office and experience an in-house legal environment in a diverse and fast-moving high technology-focused environment.
Your main responsibilities will be the following :
Participate in the definition and the implementation of the group’s privacy compliance program for all B2C and B2B products and services.
Support contract negotiations with 3rd party vendors regarding privacy issues. 
Take part in the privacy and security risk assessment carried out for our new vendors and maintain the mapping of all data flows in order to identify risks and take mitigation measures.
Play a key support role across the team and step on matters where the business needs assistance on critical projects (e-commerce, products, B2B, HR, back office, marketing, customer support…).
Draft any process, template and guideline necessary to improve Ledger privacy practices.
Supervise the processing of customer and employee data requests and contribute to its automation.
Raise privacy awareness among our employees, in particular by developing our Privacy & Security Champions network. 
Ensure a technological and legal watch to anticipate future regulations and uses of personal data.

To support our Business in day to day challenges we are looking for a Legal Intern, motivated to join our dynamic Ledger B2C Legal Team and experience an in house legal environment in a diverse and fast-moving high technology-focused environment. In this role you will have the opportunity to support Ledger’s B2C business across a broad range of areas and assist on various important activities across the entire legal team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Assist on contract management-related and other critical legal processes, third-party on-boarding checks and other administrative tasks.
Draft and negotiate different contracts across a broad range of areas including marketing, sales, procurement, IP licensing and general commercial engagements with third parties.
Support key projects and assist on the launch of new products and services.
Perform legal research tasks.
Assist on disputes and contentious matters.
Depending on the legal team and business needs, you will be prepared to jump in and support across a wide range of areas in an industry that is fast-paced and constantly evolving.
What we are looking for:
You are a trainee lawyer and / or have a DJCE / Master II (BAC+5) in business law or new technologies / multimedia law (ideally with a focus on commercial law, financial law, technology law or distribution law).
You already have previous meaningful internship experience in commercial law.
Background in data privacy and IP law is a big plus.
