Key Responsibilities:
Oversee leadership operations, manage agendas, optimize processes, and provide data-driven insights for key business decisions.
Lead Immutable's strategic planning processes, including setting company-wide OKRs, reporting performance metrics, and organizing executive offsite meetings.
Manage and deliver cross-functional strategic projects involving various departments such as People, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Enhance alignment and communication across the organization by executing internal communication plans and overseeing key company-wide forums.
Collaborate with the executive team to shape and translate strategies into actionable outcomes for the business.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in high-performing environments like consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or tech scale-ups.
