As a Team Lead for Accounting Policy, Processes & Controls, your role will focus on enhancing and streamlining financial reporting, technical accounting, processes, and controls across our organization. You will collaborate with various teams to assess accounting implications of new and existing product offerings, ensure accurate financial reporting, and promote a strong control environment within the accounting organization. Your responsibilities will involve conducting technical research, preparing technical accounting memos, and assisting with special projects such as reviewing complex transactions and ensuring completion of the annual financial audit. Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting tasks, including financial statement disclosures and footnotes, will also be part of your role.
