Overview: We are looking for a proactive individual with legal expertise to contribute to our Legal (Data Privacy) Team. This role offers the opportunity to be a core member of the team in a rapidly growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the DPO's email inbox and promptly escalate queries as necessary.

Ensure timely processing of data subject rights requests within legal timeframes.

Create detailed reports on customer/user requests.

Collaborate with internal teams to implement data protection best practices.

Support senior management with reporting on key risk indicators and workflow metrics.

Maintain an updated data record list (data mapping).

Assist in conducting data privacy impact assessments.

Review Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Support the DPO in audit-related tasks.

Implement tools and processes to enhance data protection practices.

Requirements:

1-2 years of legal or specialized experience in data protection and privacy.

Thorough knowledge of data protection laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy Regulation).

Demonstrated experience in process design and improvement, proficient in using IT tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Previous experience in the Fintech/cryptocurrency sector is a bonus.

Certification in data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) is advantageous.
