Key Responsibilities

Development and Maintenance of Indices: Create and maintain new digital asset indices based on market needs and trends. Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of cryptocurrencies and other digital assets, gaining insights into market trends and dynamics. Develop thought leadership in the field of digital assets.

Requirements

Expertise in Index Operations: Deep understanding of how indices in the financial sector are constructed and managed.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, particularly in the realm of digital assets and cryptocurrencies.

Effective Communication: Excellent ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis and manipulation using large datasets.

Educational Background: Excellent academic record with a bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Physics, or Computer Science.

Experience Level: Minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferably in investment-related roles (ETFs, mutual funds) and index research and design.
