The Block Sales Team is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their revenue organization as a sponsorship sales representative. The role involves securing media partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising agreements with various companies, particularly those in the crypto, Web3, fintech, and tech sectors. Fluency in the crypto market is essential for this position.
Working closely with the existing revenue team, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end sales process and have the opportunity to leverage the company's industry connections. Additionally, there are avenues to enhance personal branding within the industry and on social media.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage sponsorship and advertising opportunities within the mid-market segment
Identify, present, and close deals encompassing various advertising mediums
Establish strong relationships with marketing professionals in the crypto and fintech space
Collaborate with Media, Research, and Events teams to develop comprehensive sponsorship solutions
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay abreast of crypto market trends and changes in marketing budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales
Proficiency in crypto, blockchain, and digital assets, with a keen interest or background in these areas
Proven track record in generating pipelines and successfully closing mid-sized sponsorship agreements ranging from $10,000 to $100,000
Exceptional client communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Bonus: Previous experience in selling across diverse media formats
