If your issue is something like your website doesn't scale properly on mobile, we can usually identify an issue with your theme or css files that is causing it and resolve it for you, however if you have a website that is just not mobile responsive at all, we won't be building you a new mobile site here for $20. In this case we'd tend to have you contact us first just to ask and we can save you the trouble. The same thing applies with malware - we can help you diagnose it, but we can not do a full manual malware removal for $20.
It is very important that you have access to the site you're trying to fix, otherwise we can't modify whatever files need to be fixed for you - if you aren't sure if you have the right access credentials, please ask us first!
