What You Will Do
This role revolves around driving Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing efforts with a strong digital focus. You will manage various tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hotjar while taking charge of key digital channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and marketing automation systems. Your main responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to nurture relationships through digital content distribution and enhance conversion pathways for generating inbound inquiries.
Key Duties
- Digital Content Creation and Distribution: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and distribute engaging digital content across different platforms while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Email Communications Management: Oversee email marketing efforts through HubSpot, including creating and refining email templates and journeys to engage the audience effectively while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Social Media Management: Drive performance on social platforms like LinkedIn through organic post management to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and website traffic.
- Paid Digital Advertising: Manage the planning, budgeting, and ROI for paid LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and convert leads.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Analyze digital marketing performance, track essential metrics, and identify areas for enhancement. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for improved effectiveness.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 annually

The ideal candidate will possess a track record of fulfilling core responsibilities, preferably within the fintech sector. Experience in a scale-up environment would be advantageous. Additionally, we are looking for someone to take ownership of our digital marketing initiatives and leverage various channels to generate demand for our platform.
