We are in need of an analyst to provide support in organizing and executing processes within the organization, particularly in client onboarding. This role is integral to facilitating product origination and transaction execution on the ADDX platform. Responsibilities include assessing potential issuers and products for listing suitability, engaging with internal and external stakeholders for effective deal structuring, coordinating with legal teams, preparing financial models, and refining the issuer onboarding and transaction execution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product analysis to assess potential issuers and product suitability.
- Perform due diligence checks and analysis for transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for transaction execution and deal structuring, including liaising with various departments and executives.
- Support legal teams with structuring issuances and reviewing commercial documentation.
- Develop financial models to evaluate listing economics.
- Draft and manage marketing materials.
- Enhance issuer onboarding and transaction execution processes.
- Manage Open-Ended Funds subscriptions and redemptions, including NAV publications and distribution payouts.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- Preferably possess 1 to 2 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Proficient understanding of capital markets, including market structure, key players, and financial products.
- Self-motivated, collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail.
