Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and analyze a comprehensive marketing and community engagement strategy covering performance marketing, brand building, social media, and event coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a marketing major
- Experience in digital marketing planning and execution, ideally in crypto exchanges, fintech, eCommerce, tech, or gaming industries targeting consumers
- Previous marketing/growth roles at CEE/CIS virtual asset exchanges are highly desirable
- Strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
- Essential mindset focused on data-driven and performance marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a user base effectively
- Language proficiency in Ukrainian and Advanced English
