Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and analyze a comprehensive marketing and community engagement strategy covering performance marketing, brand building, social media, and event coordination
• Create, manage, and optimize the user success process to enhance user engagement and conversion, including providing input on essential product UI/UX enhancements
• Expand the active user community and raise awareness of the Binance brand through data-focused performance marketing and competitor analysis
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with affiliates, partnerships, and B2B opportunities, collaborating with the team to enhance growth strategies
• Establish dynamic online and offline communities to drive engagement through content creation, moderation, fostering positive interactions, and supporting the Binance Angel Program
• Organize and execute impactful events, such as meet-ups and workshops tailored to the local market and user base
• Stay updated on local trends, communities, and news to leverage in marketing innovations and brand awareness efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a marketing major
• Experience in digital marketing planning and execution, ideally in crypto exchanges, fintech, eCommerce, tech, or gaming industries targeting consumers
• Previous marketing/growth roles at CEE/CIS virtual asset exchanges are highly desirable
• Strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
• Essential mindset focused on data-driven and performance marketing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a user base effectively
• Language proficiency in Ukrainian and Advanced English
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing tasks
• Bonus points for experience in community management and event organization
