Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical individual to enhance their commercial strategy. This role presents a unique opportunity for a high-performing professional to work closely with the Head of Sales and Growth in Hong Kong and Macau. You will play a vital role in driving market proposition and commercial strategy through collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and minimize risks.
- Evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement by analyzing internal data.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligning with company objectives.
- Participate in commercial strategy reviews, assess growth opportunities within the sales and growth function.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer data-driven strategic advice.
- Monitor the impact of implemented strategies, suggesting necessary adjustments.
- Create and deliver informative reports, presentations, and other materials to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, consulting/analytics, or similar, preferably with client-facing exposure.
- Demonstrated success in strategy analysis, market research, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of strategic frameworks and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of industry and market trends related to the business.
- Sales experience or working closely with sales teams is advantageous.
