Responsibilities:

Over 12 years of relevant experience, ideally including corporate development, M&A, and venture investing, achieved in corporate, investment bank, or venture capital environments.

More than 5 years of internal corporate deal experience with exposure to international and developing markets, handling diverse deal types.

Exceptional skills including strong quantitative and analytical abilities, effective communication, and heightened executive presence.

Strong relationship-building prowess, project management experience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

About the Role

We are in search of an Acquisitions Analyst to provide support to the Groma acquisitions team in transaction activities at the deal and partnership levels, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. The role involves strategic involvement in acquisitions team operations as well as day-to-day operational tasks. The Acquisitions Analyst's primary responsibilities include conducting economic analyses on real estate investment properties and presenting detailed investment recommendations. Evaluate and analyze real estate acquisition and development opportunities, and offer investment recommendations.

Serve as a real estate representative for Groma Realty by assisting affiliated buyers, such as the GromaREIT and other associated funds.
