What you'll be responsible for:

Joining the Circle Business team, you will take the lead in crafting training content to equip our team in supporting global prospects and customers effectively. Your role will involve contributing to Enablement initiatives to streamline tools, knowledge sharing, and communication strategies.

What you'll work on:

Leading the planning, design, execution, and assessment of product training for the Business team.

Creating and managing specialized resources tailored to roles and locations, such as job aids and training materials.

Contributing to knowledge management and tool enhancement strategies.

Designing engaging online training modules to boost staff knowledge and confidence in customer service.

Developing and updating quick references and other training materials.

Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance onboarding, skill development, and product support training.

What you'll bring to Circle:

Proven experience collaborating across functions to identify enablement needs and manage resources effectively for Business or Sales teams.

4+ years of expertise in Learning Design, Enablement, or Content Strategy.

Proficiency in utilizing multiple systems for driving knowledge sharing, like LMS, Slack, GSuite, and Salesforce.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen editorial acumen.

Strong organizational skills to handle concurrent projects effectively.

Self-motivated learner capable of adapting to evolving technologies with minimal guidance.

Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS preferred.

Experience working in geographically dispersed teams is advantageous.

Roles

Oversee the Strategic Plan continuously and monitor company performance against it as initiatives are progressed

Collaborate with the CEO and CFO on critical strategic priorities and projects, working with various departments and stakeholders as necessary

Establish a Business Case methodology to assess new initiatives, prioritize projects, and evaluate risks

Lead negotiations for potential deals and significant projects while coordinating across internal teams and external partners

Engage extensively across different functions within the company and serve as an analytical resource

Manage existing and prospective investor relationships in coordination with the CFO and CEO

Prepare materials for various presentations to stakeholders such as the CEO, Board, and Investors

- Master diverse Ethereum Rollup technologies including Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, zkSync, and more, preparing for deployment, operation, debugging, and enhancement activities.
- Innovate within Rollup ecosystems, designing and implementing groundbreaking features like Decentralized Sequencing, Eigenlayer restaking, peer-to-peer messaging, threshold signatures, and trust-minimized off-chain computation.
- Embrace full ownership of your code with a proactive approach to DevOps, ensuring robust deployment and real-time monitoring in collaboration with our Infrastructure team.
- Enhance network security and resilience, creatively identifying potential attack vectors and failure points, establishing reproducible testing environments, and crafting strategic fixes.

Requirements
- You can work with high autonomy from research, spec, implementation, deployment, monitoring and patching your code
- You are comfortable with both Software Engineering and DevOps
- You have extensive experience in shipping production-grade code that handles thousands of user interactions or transactions
- Extensive knowledge about the inner workings of the Ethereum client architecture and especially its EVM execution client geth
- Strong knowledge about the inner workings of the various Ethereum rollup clients including but not limited to op-geth, understand the underlying components, and have opinions about the various trade-offs of those components and platforms
- Have a deep understanding of the EVM and how external tooling integrates with it
- 3 years experience with Golang/Rust and Node.js/TypeScript
- Experience using crypto applications (e.g. Uniswap, Aave, etc.)
- B.S. or higher in computer science, software engineering or related technical field

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (remote).
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing day-to-day customer requests via our ticket system (Zendesk) and social media channels (Discord, Twitter). You will be the main point of contact for customers, and will own customer problems until they are solved, escalating technical problems to the product team when necessary.
What you will do;
- Respond to day-to-day customer and community requests via Zendesk and social media channels.

- Manage legal notices of copyright infringement and reporting of fraudulent activity on the platform.

Skills and Qualifications;
- Previous experience: 3+ years in a customer care, customer success, or account management role.
