Description
We are looking for a full- time (Contract to Hire) Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher to join their team. This is a remote opportunity but the candidate must be open to commute to the office when necessary, for meetings and/or events. The Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher is responsible for assigning work as well as answering calls from technicians and client dispatchers. You have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and are a natural problem solver which allows you to ensure work gets completed safely, on time, and with a high degree of quality.
